Career Fair and My Age

I went to the SEBA Career Fair today to check out potential companies. I thought business casual was enough, but there were quite a number of people in full blown business suit. Next time I'm going to wear my bussiness attire too. =)

There were so many companies present from all over. Wisconsin, California, New York, Texas. etc. I overheard one company having international internships. I'll just apply everywhere then think about it later. hehe. We'll see what I get...

I ran into an old friend. We caught up a bit and talked about our future plans. (Yes, already time to plan for the future.) He reminded me how indencisive I was about either going to Purdue or UW. I forgot about that. I remember it was a bit difficult to decide. I had a really good time in Indiana. There were a lot of good memories. Most of my Indy friends were going there and tried to convince me to go too. Oh man, it seems so long ago. This reminds me of something that happened yesterday that really showed my "old" age...

I was waiting for the bus to go home and noticed a young couple. This type of couple was the "cute-sy" couple. You know, where there's a lot of giggling and yeah I think you get the picture. A part of me was thinking, "aww how cute" and another part was thinking "seriously?..........but they look like freshmans..eh whatev" So this couple gets on the bus too and a friend of the guy was congratulating him on the engagement and asking him when the wedding was... (Yes, I happened to eavesdrop.) WHAT?! Engaged and set to marry already? Oh my God, at that very moment, I felt so old...
